These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Card Atticbourke, a premium offline poker venue and restaurant located at 8 Lonsdale Street, Braddon ACT 2612, Australia. By entering the premises, making a booking, or participating in any poker-related activity, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The venue offers in-person poker, live poker, and dining experiences. These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and participants.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Card Atticbourke's facilities, including the card lounge, poker lounge, poker tables, and restaurant, constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not enter the venue or participate in any offline poker activities.

  • Acceptance occurs upon entry, booking, or participation.
  • Terms may be updated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • Minors are not permitted in poker areas.

Eligibility and Conduct

Eligibility

Participation in poker nights, live poker, and card room activities is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Valid identification may be required. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who does not meet eligibility requirements or who poses a risk to the enjoyment of others.

  • ID checks may be conducted.
  • Dress code: smart casual; no sportswear or offensive clothing.

Conduct

All visitors are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. Disruptive, abusive, or intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue without refund. The card lounge and poker lounge are intended for focused, in-person poker play; excessive noise or interference with games is prohibited.

  • Management may eject guests for violations.

Bookings and Cancellations

Booking Process

Bookings for poker tables, poker lounge access, and restaurant reservations can be made via phone at +61 482 361 947 or email at [email protected]. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from our staff. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for poker table bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time may incur a fee. Restaurant reservations follow the same 24-hour cancellation window.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee.
  • Fees are at management's discretion.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for a confirmed booking without prior cancellation may result in a no-show fee and loss of future booking privileges. For poker nights and special events, prepayment may be required and is non-refundable in case of no-show.

  • Repeat no-shows may be barred.
  • Prepaid events are non-refundable for no-shows.

Venue Rules and Prohibited Activities

To maintain a premium offline poker experience, the following rules apply throughout Card Atticbourke:

  • No smoking inside.
  • No outside alcohol.
  • No photography or recording in poker areas without permission.
  • No weapons.
  • No illegal substances.
  • The card room and poker tables are for authorized games only.

Liability and Disclaimers

General Liability

Card Atticbourke is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises, except where caused by our negligence. Visitors enter at their own risk and are responsible for their belongings.

Poker Disclaimer
